Ingredients:
4 chicken fillets
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
1 pinch smoked paprika
Salt, pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Combine the lemon juice, rosemary, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the chicken into the bowl and toss around to evenly coat it.
Heat a grill pan over medium flame and place the chicken fillets in the hot pan.
Cook the chicken until browned on one side, about 5-6 minutes. Flip it over and finish cooking a few more minutes on the other side too.
Serve the chicken right away.
